Welcome New Stars! I am so excited that you will be coming to my class! I have many fun things planned for us to do this year! Our theme this year is "ilearn". The focus of our theme is integrating technology into learning. Technology is lots of things like computers, cameras, video, podcasts and more! As you may have noticed, I was inspired by the ipod craze when I was creating our many website pages! I want to talk with you more about this when we start school and also during Curriculum Night! I hope you are planning to come meet me at Open House on August 8. When you come to school, you will need to bring some things to use in our class. Here is a supply list so you can be prepared for fun and learning! You can bring your supplies when you come to Open House, or on the first day of school. You will also need to bring your lunch or lunch money for the cafeteria. Visit the new web page. You can view the menu. If you bring lunch money, put it in a sealed envelope or baggie with your first and last name just in case it falls out of your bookbag or folder. Don't forget to put everything you will need in a large backpack with your name on it. You will need a healthy snack each day and a bottled water if you want.
